Notes:

Initial US and UK copies included the "Nyak Nyak! #1" comic; the UK comic having a red cover matching the red label on the 12", and the US comic having a yellow cover matching the yellow label on the 12".  In addition, the UK 12" cover had a sticker stating it was "Nyak Nyak! Equipped".

Included an insert with lyrics for "Motorslug" and the 'description' of "Death Rape 2000" above.

A Self Immolation newsletter stated this was forthcoming February 1985.

Both "Motorslug" and "Death Rape 2000" appear on the Dirtdish release.
